How would I go about painting my bicycle with this particular Design? - how to spray paint bicycle forks
I wanted my bike in a given design paint and I wondered how I would do. The design is as follows:

My first question is: What color should I use and how do I do? Layer powder professional? Lacquer? Enamel? And for what? Spray? Airbrush Home Depot leased?
